We support all middle and senior level positions after the new person has started, normally through business coaching, typically for 3-6 months, and way beyond if it is in the interests of the client and the new incumbent.

We work with the new employee to help them develop their own personal plan to ensure a smooth transition into the company, and then we provide them with the strategies they need so that they can stick to that plan. This is a standard part of High Growth Recruitment's services.
