Telephone screening interviews with the best applicants follow a structured sifting of each CV received. Then High Growth brings together a small group of the top candidates and facilitates a Selection Day in front of the client. The Selection Day comprises individual and group exercises and scenarios tailored to the position, and also generic exercises that demonstrate the thought processes and reactions of candidates who may have less experience in a particular field, in order to match the aptitude, behaviour and motivation of the individual candidates to the company culture that they will be working in. This Selection Day is led by the High Growth team with senior members of the recruiting company observing throughout.

Then, typically, three candidates will be invited for individual interviews to a special format developed by High Growth.
